Who we are

Vantwyn is run by Vantwyn LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Vantwyn, at app.vantwyn.com or www.vantwyn.com, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business or for clients, you agree to them for that business too.

The free tool and accounts

You can upload your Amazon advertising reports and a cost sheet and get an analysis back, free and with no account. You can also create a free account, which keeps your history so it builds up beyond the roughly 90 days Amazon shows you. Accounts are free today; if a paid plan ever applies to yours, we will email you at least 30 days before anything is charged, and nothing is charged until you add a card.

Please use Vantwyn only for advertising accounts you own or are allowed to manage, do not try to break it or get at anybody else’s data, and do not use it in a way that stops other people using it.

Paid PPC audits

• A PPC audit is a one-off purchase. You pay once, by card, on Stripe’s own page; your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
• The price is per product (SKU), as shown on our pricing page at the time you buy. Prices exclude any sales tax.
• We send the audit to you by email. If we need anything else from you to do it, we ask by email.
• The refund rule is at the top of this page: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of receiving the audit.

You make the decisions

Vantwyn recommends; it never acts on its own. It does not change anything in your Amazon account. Every bid change, new keyword and negative it suggests is yours to accept or ignore, and nothing happens until you upload the file to Amazon yourself.

No guarantee of results

Our recommendations are worked out from the reports and costs you give us, and they are only as good as those figures. Advertising results depend on many things outside our control — your listing, your price, your competitors and Amazon itself — so we do not promise any particular sales, profit or advertising cost. Vantwyn and our audits are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from acting, or not acting, on what they say; this does not affect your refund.

Your data

Your data stays yours. How we handle it — what we keep, for how long, and who helps us run the service — is in our privacy policy.

Amazon

Vantwyn is an independent service. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon, and is not affiliated with Amazon. Amazon and Seller Central are Amazon’s trademarks.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We change the date at the top when we do, and tell account holders directly about a significant change. A change never applies to an audit you have already paid for.
